In January 2011, Erin founded EMH Government Solutions, LLC, establishing a woman-owned consulting firm specializing in Federal Government customer engagement and satisfaction. Her focus on optimizing operational excellence within multiple DoD environments through strong, long-term customer relationships and proactive issue resolution has been pivotal to the firm’s success.
