Founded in 2011 as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) focused on organizational growth consulting, EMH Government Solutions, led by its Founder and CEO - Ms. Erin M. Horrell has successfully led capture efforts for various significant contracts across multiple sectors. She has spearheaded the capture effort for the Army IDIQ PMSS (EIS) and led efforts for Army IDIQ ITES 3H & ITES 3S, along with supporting the SEWP award capture.

 

Erin has managed the capture effort for the VA's T4 IDIQs, supported NETCOM's $1B OMDAC recompete, and led efforts for the $50M SWA DCO contract and the $30M PAC RCC contract. Additionally, she directed capture efforts for T4NG2, ITES 3S, RS3, and VETS 2 IDIQs, and brokered the acquisition of VA's CEC vehicle, resulting in a 200M+ resale of Dell hardware/software to the VA.  

 

At the personal request of a client, Erin served as Chief Growth Officer, achieving the company's highest grossing revenue year in the company's history, surpassing $200M in net new growth and securing multiple significant awards, including the $50M DISA, $89M USAF, $48M DISA phase III SBIR, $25M DISA SWA FSR tactical radio contract, USAF IWRP, and USAF ABMS awards. During her tenure she assisted in the sale of the T4NG2 contract and positioned the company for small business status graduation.  

 

Reinvigorating EMH Government Solutions in 2022, our clients have captured DISA’s SETI and Army ITES 3S IDIQ, as well as the $25M USARC Cyber contract, a $20M DISA ZTA contract, and a $80M CDC contract. 

 

Leveraging her extensive acquisition expertise, Erin has consistently assisted the Army and DISA in acquisition strategy planning for major IDIQ efforts. Based on the success of EMH Government Solutions Consulting Services, EMH has expanded to include pursuing prime and teaming partnerships in the areas of technical and acquisition assistance, professional services, business management and Value-Added Reseller (VAR) services - allowing our clients and partners to further leverage and benefit from our WOSB status while helping clients and government customers fulfill their social economic objectives.
